We are buying a 2 bed semi with 2 storey barn in Middlemarsh Road, Holbeach St Marks. There is no record of damp or woodworm treatment having been carried out and we are keen to rectify this. We will hopefully need this done mid to late January 2017. We have not completed the sale at this stage or exchanged contracts so access is not possible.
