Downstairs wetroom currently has a shower, sink and toilet - unfortunately due to the fact this is an extended property, there is currently no extractor fan as the wetroom is joined to our neighbours exterior wall. There is a damp issue and we have been advised this is from the studwall fitted next to the shower. Currently, there is cladding on the wall, underneath the cladding is tile. The whole wall needs to either be repaired or a new stud wall needs to go in, we would also need an extractor fan fitted - you would need to find a way of having this extrafan installed - will also require installation of new shower enclose (steam shower) and a vanity sink/toilet
