Part Demolition

Once structural Scaffold has been erected to the exterior of the building. We would look for a part demolition of all internal items including timber work and brickwork across all floors.

This would also include the removal of the any materials above the gutter line along with the peak to the gable end above gutter line.

Shoring up of anything which may require so

Site cleared and all waste to be removed from site.



Full Demolition.

Full buildings of 133 & 135 taken down. All stone work to the front bay windows to be removed. Stone work to cill and head of front windows to be removed, All should be kept in good order to be stored on site in container.

Gable end of 131 Southfield to be maintained and shored up if necessary allowing full access for new foundations and internal drainage.

Site cleared and all waste to be removed from site.
