1) Mirror needs hanging in the lounge
2) Leak needs fixing in utility room roof - roof is just corrugated plastic - no insulation or tiling - probably just needs siliconing - single storey - easy access
3) Security light needs putting up on external wall in the back garden - no wiring
4) Back gate slightly warped - needs planing down one side
