Job description
We require a headstone with measurements of height 1.25m by length 0.65m and width of 0.11m. Plus a stone base that does not project more than 0.11m in any direction beyond the upright stone. We require a vase hole therefore the front projection can be extended to 0.18m.
The headstone and base are required in black granite polished with the letters in gold. The inscription to be used is - IN LOVING MEMORY OF DARREN JOSEPH CHAMBERS, OUR MUCH LOVED SON DAD, BROTHER AND UNCLE. BORN 21/1/72 DIED 1/9/15. IN GOD'S ARMS NOW, FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS.
