Room 1 is 275cm at its widest x 535 cm long and within this room is the staircase, which is 70cm wide, 12 steps, 19cm rise and 24cm tread.

The second room is 275cm at its widest and 305cm long.

I am looking to order the carpet/underlay online and have this delivered to whomever is going to fit the carpet, so that it can be cut in advance as my flat is on the 5th floor of Bow Quarter and the lifts are very small.
