I want the damp proofing to be checked in my bungalow as black damp is coming through in the bedroom. I think it may be coming from next doors garage roof but I want the bungalow checking and if need be a new damp proof course.
Also there is a lot of artex in the bungalow so I want all of the bungalow replastered/skimmed to make the walls and ceilings as new again.
In the bedroom and living room there are polystyrene tiles on the ceilings. I want these either taking down or plasterboarding over as well.
If you could quote me for this job it would be appreciated. Ideally I would like the job done in the next month or so.
